Share your booking link and page
Updated September 30, 2026
Every LOCLbox business has two links worth sharing:
- Your page, loclbox.com/your-address: your services, prices, photos, hours, reviews and a Book button.
- Your booking link, loclbox.com/book/your-address: it skips straight to picking a service and a time.
Step by step
-
Find your two links
Your page address is on Settings > Profile, in the Your LOCLbox Page card, with a View page link. Your booking link is on Settings > Booking & Policy, in the Online Booking card.
You can also open your page any time from My Page in the portal menu (on a phone, under More).
-
Make sure booking is ready
- Add at least one service with a price and a length in Settings > Services. Your page only shows the Book button once you have a service.
- Set your Business Hours in Settings > Profile. Clients are only offered open times inside your hours that do not clash with appointments you already have.
- Check that Online Booking is switched on in the Features card on Settings > Profile. It is on unless you turned it off. While it is off, the booking link does not open.
-
Share it where clients already find you
Copy the link and put it anywhere a client might want to book: your Instagram or Facebook bio, your Google Business Profile, your own website, a text to a regular client, or your email signature. Open it on your phone first to check it looks right.
-
Decide whether you approve bookings first (optional)
In Settings > Booking & Policy, the Booking Approval card lets you Require approval for new bookings. Clients then see their booking as a request and the time is held for them. You get Approve and Decline buttons on the appointment, and requests you never answer expire after 24 hours.
Good to know
- New bookings show up in Appointments (on a phone, Calendar). You can be told about each one by push, email or text (text needs an active texting number) in Settings > Notifications.
- If you have your own domain connected, your page also lives there. Your loclbox.com address keeps working. See Use your own domain.
- To ask clients for a card and a cancellation agreement when they book, see No-show and late-cancel fees.
