The Free plan and what Pro adds

Every LOCLbox business starts on the Free plan. It is free for as long as you use it: there is no trial clock and no expiry date. You can add single features as add-ons, or move to Pro for $49 a month to get everything at once.
What the Free plan includes
- Your own search-friendly LOCLbox page and a listing in the local directory.
- Online booking, with email notifications.
- Client profiles and history.
- A contact form, your business hours and location.
- 4 leads a month you can see (more below).
Add-ons you can buy on Free
- Text Appointment Reminders: confirmations and reminders by text, from a shared LOCLbox number. Text reminders start once LOCLbox's shared-line verification is approved; until then clients get these by email. $9 a month.
- No-Show Protection: a card saved at booking, no-show and late-cancel fees, text reminders and your own local number for appointment texts. $19 a month.
- SEO Service Pages: a separate search-friendly page for each of your services, beyond your free page. $9 a month.
- Unlimited Leads: see every lead, with no monthly cap. $9 a month.
- Rewards Program: a digital punch-card rewards program for repeat clients. $5 a month.
Add or remove them in Settings > Billing > Add-ons. Everything on this list is included in Pro.
What Pro adds
Pro is $49 a month and includes everything above, plus:
- Two-way business texting from your own local number, with 500 texts a month included.
- Every lead, with no monthly cap.
- Card on file at booking, no-show and late-cancel fees.
- The rewards program.
- Featured placement in your directory category.
- 3 team logins included, then $10 a month for each extra.
- The option to have our team build you a custom website (a separate purchase).
Common questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. There is no trial and no date when it stops. You only pay if you choose an add-on, a domain, or Pro.
What happens after my 4 free leads in a month?
A lead is a message a client sends from the contact form on your page. After your first 4 in a calendar month, new leads still arrive and are kept safe, but their details are hidden. Your allowance starts again on the 1st of the next month. Upgrading to Pro shows every lead, including hidden ones. The Unlimited Leads add-on stops new leads from being hidden from then on.
Do bookings count against my leads?
No. The monthly allowance counts contact form leads. Online bookings are not capped.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
No. When you upgrade, Pro starts right away and the first month is charged at checkout.
How do I upgrade?
Go to Settings > Billing. In Your Plan, enter a promo code if you have one, then press Upgrade to Pro. Only the account owner can do this.
Can I change my mind later?
